The LE V! (VVB VELi) 9' Hemigsdorf QT-534 76) had delivered 30 "Bobo
locomotives" to the U.S.S.R. by 30 July 1951. The first of
these locomotives was delivered on 15 "ay 1951, The delivery
of all the locomotives within this short period of tine was
achieved"because some parts, especially compressors, :7ere
supplied by the U.S.S.R. In the middle of July 1951 Cze^hoslovakia
placed an order for the delivery of 100 narrow-gauge mine
locomotives, *

Until its expropriation in 1945, the Lt Plant
in ennigsdorf was an enterprise of the ALG-Borsig. LEV7 means
"Lokoniotiv-Llektrotechnische -erke" - locomotive electro-
techn.ical plant. The plant mainly produces ,;elding machines and
electric locomotives. Bobo locomotives are large standard gauge
electric locomotives.
