SUPPLEMENT TO
A special unit of the Fourth Section1 of the Political Department of the
Nationalist Ministry of National Defense has been training .a number of men In
methods of testing the loyalty of Nationalist government officials and
employees. When their training is completed, these men will not only attempt
to obtain classified inforration from government officials d employees but
also induce them to join in a conspiracy against the present governments
