About 15 laborers were enga.;ed in cleaning-up. No parked aircraft were observedo
A biplane landed at the field and took off about 30 minutes later. There were no
indications of intended occupation. h guard detail of about 38 air,-:ien were
quartered in the northeastern corner of the #ioida
2, The M-6U runway was about 63 meters wide. Its concrete cover :aas 20 cry thick
according to workers, A taxiway about 2J meters wide was parallel to the runway,
(1) Tree new two-story brick buildings which vier still vacant were observed on
the edge of the woods, (2) No fuel dun-) or hangar as observed.. 'Mora was a sour
track at tin field.
