Puiagiotis Balominos, a disabled veteran who had served as a Major in the
Infantry, holds,a degree in Civil Engineering from the Polytechnic Insti-
tute; during the past five years, he has worked at the ?Ministry of Recon-
struction, Sunx)ly Section, Technical Audit Office of Foreign Supplies,
Lumber Branch.
2.- In various audits conducted recently by Palominos, he claims that he found
violations of specifications on the part of entrepreneurs, causing the
Greek Government to lose approximately 200 billion drachmae. This fact
