THIS IS UNEVALUATED INFORMATION On 15 October the Kueilin 6 Bridge Engineering Corps com leted the construction of the Ming River bridge between Ningming (107-07, 22-09) and Mingehiang (10711, 22-09). The bridge is of an arch type-and is 31 meters long. !'I size it ranks second only to the Yu River bridge. 11hen the, Ming River bridge was under construction, strong c~irrents caused the collapse of_the wooden beams. Steel beams, found. by engineers at Tajungchiang 3t. ), were welded in 2-meter sections at the Hunan-Kwangsi Railway Repa.a and Installation Shop in Chiuhuashan ( f ..4 ), Kueilin, and i&ed to reconstruct the bridge.
