During the session of the select Comm1tte sic) of the Central Corn--
mittee of the Czechoslovak Communist Party (KSC), which took
place in July 19 rl a Klement Gottwald declared that the politi-
cal plan must be fulfilled under any circumstances and that it
must not be endangered by any concessions to the fulfillment of
the economic plane Czechoslovakia has a fixed time for build-
ing up socialism and this time limit must not be exceeded at any
costo The building of agricultural cooperatives must be the prime
interest of all party and citizens organizations. Nobody must
take any notice of seeming failures while fulfilling the basic
