3. On :42 July, 50 officers, -whose arrival had teen previously announced, arriv-
ed At the am-Anition depot at Toepchin from Altengrabaw. They were quar-
tered in Packing Shed Vo 7. (3)
4. On 21 July-, four AA guns wore emplaced about 800 meters south of Toepchin
and 200 neters west of the road to Sputenbcrre. (4)
In mid-August, Unit rarinl-ov marched by road from the ammunition depot at
Toepchin. Their billeting equipment accompanied them on trucks. The duties
of his unit were assumed by. ?nit Zakharchenko. Several officers of the
uni leaving stated that they imuld be transferred to Lefbsch ner Luebben,
whe:'e a new ammunition depot was to be constructed. (5)
6. Perv officers had arrived at the ammunition depot a few days before unit
VarLUkcv left the installation. The commandment of the ammunition depot
sta-Jed that they would stay at the installation for only a few days.
German workers stored ammunition boxes, weighing 83 kg each, in a bunker
bet,rem 4 and 7 September. &en box contained four rounds of fixed shells
abixit 100 cm long. The brass cartridge cases bore the folic:71AT inscription:

Outgoilg and incoming shipments were almo.t in equilibrium. Between 22 July
anc 21 September, 244 cars arrived and 257 cars left the ammunition depot.
Outgoing ammunition WIF shipped to ammunition depots rather than directly to
trrop units.
It was previously reported that officers' courses, probably for administrative
officers of ammuniti(-n depots, had been held at the installation.
Details. on AAA protection of the ammunition depot were previously reported.

The two officers are known from previous reports to have been employed at the
ammuniion depot adnipistration at Toepchin. The statement that Unit rarinkov
was to be transferred to an ammunition depot under construction =,t Leibsch Spreemld
(N 53/V 02) ses.s rather doubtful, as Lethsch would be too fur fror, a railroad
lice.
It as noted that loadinr and unloadinv at Toopohin have repeatedly been
