observed at the airfield south of Debrecen (R 48/K 40) immediately
west of the highway Mikeperes (R 48/K 49). The entrance of the
installation was. continually guarded by Soviet sentries. According
to an informant of source the concrete runway of the field was
being enlarged and the buildings of the installations were being
repaired.

in Debrecen quartered 15 to 20 high-ranking Soviet officers.

clear whether a line unit or a school is concerned. The large number
of soldiers observed there indicates that the installation is
