Following the formation of the Executive Committee, the congress decided upon the formation of -a committee under Col. The, with the mission of expanding the,front on a national scale. Vu Hong Khanh was named as an advisor to the Influence Committee. As a result of the work of this committee over several months, representatives of the Dan Chu Cap Tien of North Vietnam. and of the ethnic minority groups have now joined the front. 3.
