1. At present there are 7,000 r.:ilitaary ren in the Vidin region. In the city
of Vidin itself, there are three infantry regiments and an artillery regi-
rner_t,
2. A battalion belonging to one of the Vidin regiments was transferred to the
villages of Kula and Grarrada.
3. At resent a new infantry regiment is being forr.'ed at Kula. This regiment
is to be called "Galabetz" and will be cor:zandod by a certain Stoyarov.
