2. Plant installations: The plant covers an area of about 400 x 150 meters.
The plant building, a block about 80 x 50 meters, was destroyed during the
war.* It was rebuilt and put into operation in 1948. The plant building-is
didd into three sections. The turbine hail has two turbines. For plant
layout,see Annex 1. Two railroad tracks, one of Soviet, one of normal
gauge, enter the plant at the west..
3. Work force: For reconstruction of the plant: 200 w rkers. For plant
operations about 25 workers per shift, 50 percent women.
