Kuibyshev Steel Plant and Rolling Mill at

On the eastern edge of Kramatorsk (48-,(R3N, 37-33E), Ukrainian SSR, on
both sides of the Torets River. For location see Annex 1.

Details on the plant history are not available. For plant layout see
Annex 2.
3. Work force:
Source was not able to give a reliable estimate'of the number of workers.
Work was done in three shifts.

Angle-shaped iron, section iron; round wire, hexagonal wire, square wire
and streamline wire.
LjComment:
a. The same source also reported on the Stalin Factory, north of the
Kuibyshev Plant.* Details on the steel plant and the plant layout
are the first postwar records. Confirmation and supplements are needed.
b. From wartime records it is known that the reconstruction of the
seriously damaged plant was started in 1943.
