Location:
About 500 meters east of the main station of Kiev (30032'F/50o27'N),
Ukrainian SSR, northeast of the double-track railroad line.
2. Plant installations:
Having been destroyed during the war, the plant w:s reconstructed and
resumed operation with two soviet turbines. The fourth boiler was fitted
during the time of observation. The plant was fueled by coal until early
1949, t1pen was fonverted and fueled by natural gas piped from the Lvov
area. A railroad connection available. For plant layout see Annex.
3. Work force:
Four :hundred civilians and a hundred P'Ns.
