b. The factory had by the end of September completed all the reparations
orders placed for the year, whose total value was 56,200 DM.
a. The following comments were made on important orders on 8 October:
1) USSR Export for 5 (transformers) Type DOS 6300/145.
Copper arrived for one transformer at. the beginning of October;
therefore, only one would be finished by the end of the month.
Copper would arrive for the remaining four transformer, towards
the end of October.

not be completed as planned because the copper had not arrived as 50X1-HUM
promised in September.

by 15 December. ese cannot be produced because supplies of the
necessary copper cannot be guaranteedo
14) An especially important order was said to be the manufacture of the
five cable trucks,
d, Orders received,for delivery in 1951 amounted to about 27,000,000 DM,
whereas, production to the value of only 15,143,000 DU had been authorized
for the year, If sufficient copper could be guaranteed, then goods to
the value of 206,195,000 DM could be produced during the year, Orders
to the value of over 129000,000 LU had already been received for 1952,
and orders to the value of an additional 68000,000 DM would have to'be
brought forward from 1951,
1) Sufficient quantities of transformer sheet metal had been received
in September.
Some deep drawn sheet for radiators had been received, and an
additional 70 tons.of 1 mm thickness were expected in October,
3) The copper supply situation was very critical,, Hettstedt(l) could
not supply a sufficient quantity because they were working on urgent
direct reparations orders, Fourteen tons arrived front Hettstedt in
September and four tons from KWO(2) (Kabelwerk Oberspree),. Thirty.

1) Gera could not supply condensers tecause of the shortage of
al::rrninum foil,
5) Jenaer Glaswerk Schott and Genossen, Jena (1.4), could not supply
sufficient quantities of lead glass foil.
f-, A reparations. order for 136 voltage converters (Spannungswandler) type
DOUK 1.0 valued at 87,500 DA and 24 3-phase dry transformers, value 314,300 D?I,
had been cancelled. No other customers had as yet been found for these
goods.

The plant manager, Lente, reported on the results of his trip to Hungary,
He had received inquiries on the delivery of the following goods worth about
20,000,000 DM to be delivered up to 1955:
108 furnaces of various sizes (up to 40 m, long).
6 ore transport trucks.
14 steam locomotives (up ;to 70 tons),
125 special trucks.
440 large rectifiers.

echo wounding device developed by, Koelleca and was developing a new
Echolot, for which ]509000 DM had already been .granted. Koelleda had
already spent 1000000 IN on development, which expense it had been hoped
the Funkwerk Koepenick would take over. However, it was made clear that
the Echolot being developed by Koepenick 'ias for deep-sounding, for
which purpose the Echolot made by Koelledi could not be used.
