The Sc;riet Trade Delegation, Vienna IV, '-ohllehe ...:aese, on 6 December
1951 placed an order t.--ith the USIA-controlled ?'aa:l;ner -Biro A.G. for eight
railvia, crane units. It was sti~uLnted that delivery would be effected
by 1 April 1952. The cranes rill be built according to the following
spe+czficat ona: Russian-gauge railway; flatcar mounted; capacity at
full extension of boom, five tons; capacity at full retraction of boom,
13. tons; : ximum reach of boom, 12 meters; equipmont to include elec-
tric lifting and turning gear for 380-volt triple-phase current; auto-
matic, stop equipment to provent load from jamming against top boom;
