Petit, who has a position in the Uruguayan Government educational system, traveled to Chile on an official Uruguayan passport. 2. During the early part of February Juvenil Ortiz Saralegui, a long-time Uruguayan Communist intellectual, returned from Santiago, where he claimed he also had been enjoying success giving lectures to students at the Univerity of Chile.
