THIS IS UNEVALUATED INFORMATION
1. The high command of the Mountain Corps is at Targu-Mures. It includes
two divisions, ,the first with.. headquarters' at Targu--Mures, the gac6hd
With headquarters at Orasul Stalin (formerly Brasov).
2. Each division consists of:
a. Two mountain regiments, each with two infantry battalions and
an artillery unit.
b. One mountain artillery regiment, with one gun unit (Abteilung)
and one howitzer unit.

One mountain reconnaissance battalion.
One mountain communications unit (Abteilung)
radio and one telephone company.
e. One mountain pioneer battalion.
f. One anti-aircraft battery.
g. One anti-tank unit (Abteilung).
3. Besides the two divisions the corps has a mountain artillery brigade,
and the following corps troops.:
a. One mountain pioneer regiment.
b. One mountain communications regiment.
