THIS IS UNEVALUATED, INFORMATION
1. In January 1952 a large military airport was completed, near Ianca. This
airport is different from that at Sutesti, with underground hangars, cement
runways,,spur-line connectors with the nearby Ianca railroad station, and
an autonomous electric generator unit for illumination and field services.
2, he airport is stated to be already armed and to be garrisoned by Soviet
units with jet planes.
