below. The so-called Xyrasinki stone, a light pray stone, eras the best and
hardest stone available.

wheels in five designs, including conical w_'iec1s which were 7 cm in diameter
on top, 11 cm in diameter at the bottom, shaft hole 2 cm in diameter with
walls 7 ram thick; saucer-shaped ti?iheels, 15 cm in dial eter, shaft hole 2 cm
in dimaeter, thickness 3 to 6 mm, The plant also produced abr,,si?;e cloth,

2. Fitting shop, slag-stone building, 100 x 30 x 3 meters equipped with
10 to 15 machine tools. Half of the building was vacant.
3. "`crkshop, concrete building, 203 x 40 x 15 peters.
a. Seven electric roasting furnaces for bauxite, 2,5 meters in dia-
meter, 3.5 meters hi?h, mounted on iron plates, 3 x 3 Meters,
which in turn were mounted on trucks. The cylindrical furnace
casings were suspended by steel cables from the steel roof,

by a sliding door. The corundum blocks were crushed by three 5-ton
hahLmers ,
