Caep 1. These troops are holding joint exercises under the over-all cc am
of Russian officers.
20 The Russian soldiers are said to be from Siberia and range in ages from 18
to 22a
. The morale of the huh a-rian troops is bad. They are expected to pex ' r ; all
the unpleasant tas]ks,. such as placii.g and gathering of coiunieation wires,:
from which the Russians are exempt. At the field kitchens the Russians are
consistently fed first and also with the best food to be had. 50X1-HUM
