7. The Bulgarka Spinnix~r Mill, which employs approximately x+00 laborers on
three shifts per day,- is located north of Pleven on the. Pleven.- Nikopol
.highway artery.
8. A rubber plant.! which employs approximately x+00 laborers on three 8-hour
shifts per day and produces rubber boots,. sandals, and rubber shoes, is
located in the vicinity of the Bulgarka Spinning Mill.
A sugar refinery,. which employs approximately 700 to 800 laborers on
three 8-hour shifts per- day, is located at Dolna Mitropoliya approximately
15 kilometers from Pleven.
