THIS IS UNEVALUATED INFORMATION
Among documents acquired in November 1951 pertaining to Chinese coastal
shipping, there appeared several forms printed in three languages Chinese,
Russian, and English, In the past most of these forms were printed in Chinese
and English only. The new forms with the Russian language are intended not.
only for larger ships, which would normally go into Soviet waters, but also
for small craft of less than 100 tons, The forms which have thus far appeared
in the Russian language are inspection and quarantine certificates.
