1. On 22 February 1952, a train of 5 boxcars and 5 flatcars was loaded with
about 150 soldiers wearing red-bordered black epaulets and black-bordered
c._ `e'ruary, the eastern section of the Schuetlon Kaserne,
fronting Tramper Chaussee, was occupied by about 11,0o0 troops wearing; red-
bordered black epaulets, including some with tank, artillery, and signal in?-

about 280 troops organized into 12 groups, with one group of soldiers with
black-bordered black epaulets and the other groups of soldiers with red-
