of Uttar Pradesh., Nepal and Assam'l The commanding officer of these troops

2, Between eight end nine well=equipped divisions of Chinese troops., numbering
about 100.,000 men, have been assembled in the area of China bordering Burma.
These'troops were from Kwangsi., Yunnan and Szechuan, and were under the command
of LIU Po-chleng,

an unknown type. Most were piloted by Soviets, a training
