South China area Foreign Affairs Office; and three others arrived in Nanning
from Hankow.

2.. In tanning they consulted with representatives of the Democratic Republic of
Vietnam (flR.V) and Chinese Communist authorities concerning:
a Chinese Communist tdchnical aid to the TV
b. The status of Chinese Communist personnel in the DRV and the distribution
of Chinese Communist political workers in the DRV.
c. Chinese Communist future policies and activities in the DRV.

The party retuned to Hankow on ]r5 March.
