1, About 9:30 a.m. on 25 February 1952 about 120 soldiers 13 to
20 years old, wearina black-bordered blue epaulets and carrying

2, On 23 February, which v?as Rod Army Day no civilians were
allowed to enter Dresdon-itilotzsche airfield. Bettwoon 10 and
:.1 a.m. detachments of all branches of service stationed at
the field, includi.n, troops wearing black-bordered red epaulets,
red-bordered black epaulets, black-bordered blue epaulets, end
blue-bordered black epaulets with anchor insignia, placed a
wreath at the monument in the town.
Between 22 and 23 February there was no flyin; or school driving
activity at the field. On ~ --arch, there was f1yin; by three
biplanes two of which departed while the third plane circled ova
