1,, On 19 March 1952 the Chinese Communist Government ordered an end to the
Five Anti's Campaign because trade within China is at a standstill, All
cases which are before local courts on Five Anti's chdrges are to be
decided, and those cases involving embezzlement of lens than 10 million JMP
are to be delay-pd.
2. late March 1952 the Kwangtung Sixth Military Sub-district Command sent
600 convicted landlords from. Chungehan to Nellington (113- , 22- ), ngao
(113- , 22--- ), and the Wanshan Islands to work on the construction of
fort if ications .
