under the administration of the Ministry of Public Works. Union personnel. 25X1

b. Sugar refinery in the vicinity"of the Nadezhda quarter, constructed during
late 1911.9 and early 1950;

The Vuztanovitel is a small electrical construction cooperative which generally
engages in repair work. Its offices-are located in the center of Sofia at an
unspecified address.
6. As of April-,June 195'1, the following personnel were employed by Vuztar.ovi.tele

b. A certain Stanishev, accountant;
c. Boris Tonchev, architect; and
d. Vlado Tonchev, administrative head.

7. The SQVBOLSTROT Soviet-Bulgarian Construction Enterprise, undertakes all large-
scale construction projects. The SOVBOLSTROI is the former German-owned Tsiklop
Construction Coma was taken over.by the Soviets immediately after Sept-
ember 191 and recently reorganize.e The firm's offices are located near the
Ministry of Health at Lenin Square in Sofia; it also opens temporary. offices at
construction project locations.
