OF PAGES 1 (LISTED BELOW) SUPPLEMENT TO REPORT NO. The Soviets are constructing two new railway lines in the Murmansk area. One of these new lines runs north to the Pechenga (69-33N, 31-12E) nickel mines from a point west of Kandalaksha (67-09N, 32-26E) on the Kandalaksha- Kemija'rvi (66-40N, 27-25E , Finland) lineawhich now has a double track.
