In Communist China there are 160 arsenals, 8 weapons repair shops, and 3 factories making explosives and employing a total of 260,000 workers, in- cluding 4,500 Japanese and 300 Soviet technicians. The majority of the arsenals are in Hopeh and Shansi. The Chinese Communist Second (sic) Arsenal at Mukden produces 16-ton0 24-ton9 and 36-ton tanks. 2.
