The aircraft dispersal area in the southeastern portion of the field was not visible. There was, a 6/10 overcast at an altitude of about 600 meters and visibility was 3 or 1 kn,.. About 3 p,m0, a single engine plane, Which had a crew of two and was fitted with a radial enrrine, took off for a 0-minute flight. The pilot of the plane appeared to be in his initial stage of training? Three other planes of the same type tonk off at intervals of 15 minutes for 25X1 a 30- minute flif,ht.
