1. Between 10 a?m? and 4 porn on 26 r"arch, there was no flying; at''erder airfield.
About 12:30 pom., sedan com _ng from the direction of Potsdam entered
the installation. The sedan was occur.-i od by a general, who wore an khaki-
colored uniform with blue collar patches and large blue-bordered epaulets
on a gold base with a large Cold stare About 2:30 pomo$ the sedan was observed
near the garages on the field. Ttw:enty-::"ive sedans and about 10 trucks were
also seen there. At about 2 pom0, about 70 officers having; ranks from lieutenant
to colonel left the field toward the buildings of the restricted area north
of the 7erder railroad station within a period of about five minutes. The
officers wore khaki-colored uniforms and epaulets with dark blue markings on
a yellow or silver background. They were accompanied by 20 civilians, apparent-
ly Russians m Among ether inscriptions, the inscription 4?Ma azin.e I" in Russian
letters was seen on the building ncr hlr of the ',7erdcr railroad station, which
previously was reported as an officers' club,,
