THIS IS UNEVALUATED INFORMATION
1. The location of the depot is about 4 km. from the Kiskunhalas (N 70) railway
station, along the railway line running to Kisk8r8s (N 52), and in the rear
of the rifle range, called Z81d Halom.
2. The depot was built during the summer of 1951 by the state-owned construction
company, Buda esti Maas ds 1 e it8 N.

The dimensions of the munitions depot are 4 km. x 1 km. There are 22 bunkers,
each 60 . by 20 m. The bunkers are connected by narrow-gauge tracks, and
the tracks, through a shunting station, are linked with the regular tracks
on which the ammunition is transported to the depot.
1 The first ammunition shipment arrived at the end of September 1951. It
consisted of 12 cars of artillery shells, which were unloaded by Hungarian
military personnel.
5. Hungarian soldiers guard the depot. They are subordinates of twelve Russians.
