1. On 21 April 1952, the barracks installations in Cottbus (r' 52/A 57) tiaere vacant
except for the Merinann-Loen. Kaserne on Eermann-Troensstrassen There were only
rear details in these installations. About 200 troops, 4 JS-1 tanks, 3 T_,3t
tanks and I x 25--m lijht AA guns were observed in the ferrnann Toens icaserne.
No motor vehicular traffic was noticed on Cottbus. (1)
During the nights of 15 and 16 April, the troops in the bar racks installation in
