INFORMATION REPORT REPORT NO.
The North Korean Labor Party headquarters is initiating a new propaganda
campaign against President RHKEE and the ROK government in order to prepare
tte North Korean people for a new offensive against the United Nations. Labor
Party officials say the USSR has been told of the.North Korean desire for as.
offensive, but the Soviets will not approve such action at this time.
