THIS IS UNEVALUATED INFORMATION 1, In mid-November 1951 at a meeting in Peiping a Chinese Communist-Soviet air agreement was signed by CHOU Enalai and R.osehinD the Soviet ambassador., According to this agreement the Soviet Union will supply the Chinese Communists with 50 planes per month from January 1952 to April 1952. These 200 planes will include 180 MIG.15 a s, and 20 TU.2 ? s and TU.4 ? s . The planes will enable the Chinese Communists to build up two more air divisions, Also present at the meeting were Sa-V o-ssu-chi. (5646fO668/2 48!1015), chairman of the Soviet advisory group; Fei-then-lin (6316,2795/2651) of the Soviet ?;m:Liasey; NIEH Ji. so.g-then; and LItJ Yaalou, commander of the Chinese Communist Air Force. 2.
