of Komd om. The plant is well situated for communications and receives
raw materials by water, rail! and road. 50X1-HUM
1 The entire production of the A1thsfftit l refinery is delivered to the soviet
Union; the refined product is taken by Soviet ships to Reni, USSR. 50X1-HUM
