Black Sea in thick fog and passed directly over the minefield which is listed in NEMEDRI 19501 as Bosporus 1. 2. En route to Constanta, vessel entered without a pilot, the vessel passed over the mine.ie winch is listed in NEMEDRI 1950 as 3A. The harbor pilot cane aboard accompanied by a soldier. The vessel was taken to the oil port. The inspection upon arrival followed the same routine as is customary in Russian harbors, but it appeared somewhat more detailed, For example, even used clothing had to be liste4. Fifteen soldiers were assigned to guard the vessel. Four of them had blue uniforms, five had green uniforms., and six wore brown uniforms. The firm to which the cargo was assigned, A/B Mun.kedal, sent a cargo inspector to Constanta. The inspector, who was a dew., was especially closely guarded. the following vessels in the harbor.- I old cruiser 3 older destroyers 4 Soviet tankers 2 Greek tankers 1 Soviet passenger ship of bout 10,000 tons. 6. Opposite the oil'pier there is a breakwater which is being heavily re- enforced and made into a wide pier. The work was carried out by individuals wearing similar clothes and guarded by.soldierso Informant believes they were prisoners. South of the city there is an artillery firing range. Comment.
