After:Widlmayer cfnu}, the deputy head of the Soviet Central" at 8arlshorst,
returned from Moscow on 27 May 1952, discussions and considerations took places.
3. In Moscow's opinion, Walter Ulbricht is not the right person to be the advance
agent and responsible authority for the reestablishment of military service and
the creation of an army in East Germanyo Ulbricht,accordingly, will receive
some ;other post abroad, at Moscow's suggestiono His place will be taken by
