On 24 June 1952; the Schuotzen Kaserne in Lbersoaldo (N 53/V 00) quartered 703 to.
800 troops who wore rod-bordered black epaulets with artillery; si7nal and ma'oor
transport insignia. -A column of 18 model 1:!-13 rocket launchers; 20 trucks and
radio truck left the installation toward Finow at al:out 4 pri. on
14 June.
25X1 Jeeps Were also observed with the column which carried about
20 officers and 301) troops who wore red-bordered black epaulets with artillery
insignia; steel helmets and carried folded blaakets and rifles. The column
returned to the installation at about 9 a.m. on 18 June. On 13 Juno at 11:30 am"
3 officers and 40 soldiers wearing red-bordered black epaolots with artillery
insignia stood on the market square enc,azed in a mao-reading exercise and terrain
orientation with the help of prismatic compasses. At about 4:30 p.m.; about 60.
soldiers cleaned 12 x 120-mm mortars in the billetinc area. On 23 Jun at about
2 p.m.; about 50 soldiers practiced aimin7, with four rocket launchers in the
barraclos yard. On 24 June; an officers 1 neotinq was hold in the offAcorsi club near
