THIS IS UNEVALUATED INFORMATION All along the Latvian coast, I Ithere.were watch towers spaced about three miles apart and . situated. about two miles inland. noted a Soviet escort vessel at 50X1-HUM anchor off the entrance of Riga harbor. The vessel had-one funneland two guns forward, estimated to be 3-inch caliber. She also carried two pairs of antiaircraft guns aft. 50X1-HUM Ithe coal dump quay situated on the east bank of the.Daugava River, southwest of little Vejzaka Island (56-58N,24-SE).
