At 8:30 a.m. on 12 July 1952' about 30 soldiers wearing black-bordered black epaulets
and rod-bordered black epaulets were seen stringing telephone line, on permanent
stal system Doles on onnenwalder Strass , Finsterwalde (N 52/A -15),, Trucks
stood nearby. A newly strung line of the
same type was seen along Highway No 96 toward Gahro on 18 Jury. The cable ended at
the foot of a pole at the southwestern intersection of the approach lane of the
airfield and began-again at the northwestern intersection from whorc: it extended on
permanent poles ienorthern direction.
