generator,,. may be placed in railroad cars, trucks, or other types of vehic-
lese The units consist of a generator and Diesel engine with a control
panel. The cars fitted with such units have stoves for heating and a 2-bed
crew compartment
The Diesel is 4-cycle, 6 -cylinder model which develops 100 horse power
at 100 revolutions per minute. Fuel consumption is 190 grams per horse
power, Two ZIS-5 radiators cool the engine; there is a special cooler for
the oil.
