On 20 and 22 August 1952, the engineer camp near Bad Koesen ()A 524 78) was
oooupied by about 1.000 soldiers most of when wore black--bordered black epaulets,
About 100 soldiers orgaanized into platoons received firing training in the camp.
The troops wore their gas-masks. A truck with a hoisting Sear facing toward the
front and a truck loaded with various types of signal equipmett was seen in the
adjoining engineer equipment camp. An amiumition bunker had been oorstruoted
opposite the engineer camp. The bunker was enclosed by a barbed-wire fence and
