headquarters in Palin (105-30, 25-33),, This army was organized to aid the
Democratic Republic of Vietnam (DRV), seize Indochina, and increase under-
ground activities in Southeast Asia, It is composed of Communists from China,,
the DRT, Cambodia, Thailand, Malaya, Burma and Indonesia, There are two
deputies from each of these nations in the newly established headquarters
One of the Chinese Communist deputies was ?fUAN Chao-lung (7056/034.0/7893),,
who is also commander of the army,
