Anti-Regime Activity
1. In the. middle of August 1952 two S.igurimi officers were killed in Korce as
they were leaving the Pallas Hotel where-the Officersl Club is located. It
was rumored that they were killed by members of a resistance organization
that is active in Korce,
2. Early in August 1952 a three-member resistance group was arrested by a
Sigurimi detachment in the Podgori area(Q.N. 09-77) after a battle.
Guarding of Bridges
3. On 24 August 1952 Albanian Army and police units were guarding the bridges at
