The King Theater in Rangoon, which is currently exhibiting Russian. and Chinese Communist films, is owned by the Sooratee Bara Bazaar Company of Rangoon. Two years ago, this Company leased the King Theater to Banasari Lall for a. period of'twenty years. The terms of the agreement involved the down payment of one lakh of keyatd,,s,- d; koyats ' 3,000 `per month 2. Lall sublet for an unspecified time to U BA .T`.BATJNG., an ex-convict formerly serving a life sentence for murder.
