this pistol, manufactured by Ceska Zbrojovka in Strakonice, is
also being produced for commercial export. It handles 7.65 mm. (.32 Colt Auto)
anmmun:ition It is a blowback type with the barrel rigidly fixed to the receiver.
The recoil spring encircles the barrel 2. The marking NB 50 on the receiver
is a model designation and indicates the year of manufacture.

3. Special features of this pistol; in addition to,the double action trigger, are
the exposed hammer with a rounded spur, a cartridge indicator which protrudes
slightly from the left side of the slide when a cartridge is in the chamber, and
the safety lever located on the upper left side of the receiver. This safety
is arranged so that when rotated to the safe position, it releases the hammer
to the uncocked position The hammer is ,a rebound type, it is blocked from
contacting the firing pin unless the .trigger is pulled far enough rearward to
actuate the tear.
4. Instructions for field stripping. are as follows After withdrawing the magazine,
depress disassembly catch on the right side of the receiver and pu1L. sli.d.e
rearward and upward until it disengages. Allovrr the slide to move forward under
spring_pr?essure, and remove recoil spring from the barrelo
