1. Before being hired by a factory, workers must sign an agreement to remain for
a specified period of time. The average daily pay of factory workers is 330
leva, or proportionally less if the norms are not completed.
2. Private workshops which have been in existence for a considerate period of time
are allowed to continue work but no licenses are granted for new private enter-
prises..
