Ngoc Th.an.h? s free Cambodian group is located in Cambodia just across the border from ban Dan (103-44; 12-27), Thailand, Than.h ? s forces com- prise 200 armed a:nd trained guerrillas. Two units, the sizes. of which are unknown, were recently detached, from the, m .in force- a. One group, headed, by Prince Chax:taran.gsri, was sent to Kompong Speu. (1.01 3O; 11-27). b. The second group,, 'headed. by Khanh (Kar1h) (fnu.), was sent to Kompong Chhnang (l04_39; 12-15)- 2. An advance guard.. camp composed of 25 men is located two kilometers from Thanh ? s main camp., At the main camp there is machinery for repairing arms anal. manufacturing a small quantity of Japanese rifle bullets, plus the following reserve supply of arms- 50 Japanese rifles, 35 carbines, three 'Light machine guns, one Sten gun, and 200 Japanese grenades. 3. Two radio stations are located, in the mountains about two kilometers from the main camp. These stations are under the command of Easi Chau and are guarded. by 20 guerrillas. Another radio station is commanded by Sergeant Giang (fTiu) and guarded by 20 guerrillas. 4. Tbanh has organized, a two-'truck freight line between Surin (103-29; 14 -53) and Ban :Gan, Thailand., as a cover for moving supplies for his forces. Thanh is currently procuring in Bangkok 800 Sten. gun and. 800 carbine artrides, and transformer parts for a new "ten kilowatt generator. The titular head of Thanhes Bangkok supply unit is Phra Phiset. However, the bulk of the procure- ment is done by Duang Wichi.tpahonkit. Current preparations are aimed towards a combined Son Ngoc Thanh-Khmer Issarak attack on.
